These are the terms for using Nodus, built and operated by Torus Solutions. Using the app or this website means you accept them.
Nodus is beta software
Nodus is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. It is early software: things will break, features will move, and a release may behave differently from the one before it. Please do not rely on Nodus as the only place a critical piece of information exists during the beta. Keep a copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
What we ask of you
- Do not abuse the service or its API — no scripted floods, no attempts to work around usage limits, nothing designed to make it expensive to run.
- Do not put unlawful content into it.
- Do not try to reach anybody else’s data, account or session.
Your account
An account belongs to one person. Signing in works by email, so whoever can read your email can sign in as you — keeping that mailbox secure is your responsibility.
What the AI produces
Nodus uses AI to turn what you said into a structured item. It can get things wrong: a misheard word, a date read the wrong way, a step that was never in your head. Review what it gives you before you rely on it — particularly deadlines.
What it costs
Nodus is free while it is in beta. Paid plans may be introduced later. If that happens, we will tell you clearly and in advance — nothing you use today will start charging you without notice.
Stopping
We may suspend an account that is abusing the service. You can stop using Nodus whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete your account and everything synced with it — see the privacy policy for how.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
